Why are my PDFs printing out either larger or smaller than they should be?

When printing PDFs, make sure "fit to page" (Acrobat 4), "Shrink Oversized..." or "Enlarge Small..." (Acrobat 5), or "Fit/Reduce to Printer Margins" (Acrobat 7) are not selected in the print menu. Otherwise, you will be printing at a reduction or enlargement.
