"I'm grateful to know that I have many sets of eyes at United Litho to watch out for the magazine throughout the production process, and especially when it's on press. A recent incident when a pressman found a discrepancy between the color on the proof and what was coming off the press is a case in point. My previous printer would not have even noticed the difference, but my 'eyes' at United Litho did, and took the time to pursue the matter to a logical conclusion—even if it was 3 a.m.!"

"I especially like the way the ULI team approaches problems. Whenever we have had concerns, the response from ULI has been very positive, and always in the problem-solving mode. It is very refreshing to deal with this type of take-charge attitude."

Team-Based Client Support

Each customer at United Litho has a multi-department team dedicated to their account. Team members are aware of the status of the production of each issue and all are accessible to our clients. This allows us to provide you with consistent, relevant and timely information. Each team consists of an experienced individual from each of the following departments:

  • Account Executive (AE)
Your Account Executive can assist you with the printing contract agreement, pricing, invoices and cost-saving mechanisms when analyzing the production of your magazine. AEs will also work with clients to obtain the maximum information from invoices and the Publishers Performance Index.
  • Account Manager (AM)
Account Managers manage the daily production experience of our clients’ publications. The AM will follow a customer’s job from its arrival in the plant to distribution—communicating with internal departments and the client throughout the entire process.
  • Job Coordinator
A job coordinator ensures that all your production elements are present when the publication arrives at the plant by organizing and reviewing the material for production. The Coordinator will also create the necessary manufacturing instructions to create your finished product.
  • Digital Prepress (DPP)

Our digital prepress department will analyze your digital files and prepare them for plate-making—generating final files that are color-stable and properly formatted to produce the highest quality printed product.

TEAM: Together Everyone Accomplishes More. Team-based client support is just one more way United Litho provides an extraordinary service experience.
