Technical Support Rep/Trainer

United Litho brings support and service right to your door. In this unique position, our Technical Support Rep/Trainer provides on-site consulting and training services to publishers who wish to expedite the production process and take advantage of our digital workflow. The Tech Rep helps our customers upgrade and understand their software; manage their digital workflow, including the latest PDF functions; and stay informed of ever-changing technical issues.

Technical support services include

  • technical and printing-specific seminars both at United Litho and, as needed, at customers' locations
  • onsite assistance with software upgrades, PDF workflows and technical questions
  • a regular column in United Litho’s Pressproof that provides updates on the latest developments in digital prepress

Online resources include techTIPS, as well as detailed information on PDF workflow, color questions, technical issues, hardware and software specifications, and assorted how-to's.
